Since we are near the one-year mark of living in our new home, my wife and I would like to post our thoughts on working with Bill Kidd and KCG.

Building a new custom home is a challenge in the best of times. Building our dream retirement home from a distance of 1,800 miles and during the COVID-19 pandemic posed an even greater set of challenges. Throughout the process, Bill Kidd was great to work with. In January 2014 I moved into my new home built by Bill Kidd with KCG. Bill was extremely helpful during the entire building process; from making suggestions while reviewing plans, to designing cabinets and bookshelves around the fireplace. Great attention to detail. My wife, Catherine, owns a townhouse that needed a whole wall of glass replaced to highlight the wonderful view of the river. Bill and his team did a great job measuring, ordering, obtaining, and installing the new wall of windows, all in record time at a reasonable price. Oh, and have I mentioned? Bill also built my new house 4 years ago in the midst of covid, and again, did an outstanding job–all with the highest integrity. We love our home, and it is the envy of the neighborhood.
